  • Our Medical, Dental, and Vision Care plans provide a number of coverage options for employees and their eligible dependents. Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) medical plans and similar Dental Plan choices are offered. The plans are designed to balance broad coverage with affordability and Affinion covers most of the cost to participate.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts for Dependent Care and Health Care allow the employee to save pre-tax income to pay for eligible expenses not covered under the health plans.
  • Short-Term Disability replaces part or all of your income if you are unable to work for up to 26 weeks due to disability. Coverage is provided at no cost to the employee.
  • Long-Term Disability provides income coverage for disabilities that continue beyond 26 weeks. A modest taxable premium provides a tax free benefit.
  • The Affinion Corporation Employee Savings 401(k) Plan encourages employee tax-favored retirement savings through a company matching contribution.
  • The Tuition Assistance Program encourages personal growth and self-improvement by providing financial assistance toward the cost of continuing education.
  • Business Travel Accident Insurance, paid for by Affinion, covers accidental death while traveling on company business, including travel to and from work.
  • Basic Life Insurance and AD&D coverage is paid for entirely by Affinion.
  • Supplemental Life Insurance for the employee, spouse, and dependent children is available at a competitive rate.
  • The Employee Assistance program is a free, confidential, off-site counseling service provided to employees and family members facing such issues as marital problems, financial concerns, and child and elder care issues.
  • Adoption Reimbursement provides assistance to qualifying employees who seek to adopt a minor child.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements encourage the use of non-standard work time, and may include the use of flex-time, telecommuting, or compressed work weeks. Flexible work arrangements are available at many locations and are subject to management approval.
  • Business Casual attire is acceptable at many locations.
