Hospital Accident Insurance (HAP)

• The HAP program pays cash benefits directly to the consumer, unless they choose otherwise, in the event of hospitalization due to a covered accident. Insureds may receive as much as $400 for each day they are hospitalized.
  
  
• Customers receive a 60-day trial period paid for by the client. After the trial period the premium is conveniently charged to the insured's account.
  
  
• HAP currently mails to about 18 million customers per year.

• This program is offered through direct mail and telemarketing.
