Understanding the features and benefits of your packaged product is the key to achieving sales goals. This session is primarily designed for new account representatives as well as tellers and other customer contact employees. This training session will:
- Explain each package program feature with details on how to receive it, how to use it, and the value it offers your members
- Provide examples to reinforce the ease and success of this program
- Provide an overview of how to present the package account by emphasizing needs analysis and value-focused selling
- Use group discussions and brainstorming to generate specific approaches to effective needs analysis
- Evaluate various types of objections, how to handle them, and how to effectively ask for the business
