This session is designed for any branch employee involved in recognizing sales opportunities or making referrals. This interactive training session will:

  • Discuss what cross-selling is, the importance of cross-selling, and how to recognize opportunities
  • Present various designs that represent how a customer/member perceives financial institutions
  • Identify the techniques of successful cross-selling
  • Explain each package program feature with details on how to receive it, how to use it, and the customer value
