Teller Referral/Product Training (2 hours)

A program designed specifically for tellers, this training session will:
- Explain each package program feature with details on how to receive it, how to use it, and the customer value
- Discuss examples of cues mentioned in conversation that result in sales opportunities
- Validate the importance of teamwork and the importance of the teller-member/customer relationship to your organization
